Semi Final Matches
Dempo FC and Sporting Goa were the group stage winners from Group A and Bangaluru FC and Salgoacar were winners from Group B. In Semi Final Dempo FC Beats Salgoacar by 2 -0. Bengaluru FC won by 3 - 0 against Sporting Goa in second semi final.
Final Match
The Final was played between Dempo FC and Bengaluru FC on 11th January 2015. Bengaluru FC beat Dempo by 2-1 and won their first Federation Cup Title. The final was held in Fatorda Stadium, Margao, Goa.

Sunil Chetri scored the first goal for Bengaluru just 9minutes after the kick of Ozbey of Dempo equalized the goal at injury time of first half. Then in Second half Robin Singh given the hop to Bengalruru FC at 65th minutes with a winning goal.
Top Scorers
Sunil Chhetri of Bengaluru FC, the final goal scorer and Tolgy Ozbey of Dempo SC were scored six goals and become the top of Most Goal Scorers list. Then Douhou Pierre and Romeo Fernandes were second in list with four goals. At third with three goals, Gurjinder Kumar, Victorino Fernandes and Jackichand Sing.
